What file should I send?
A vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG is best. Images must be at least 75 dpi at the final banner size (150 is ideal). Screenshots and low-res or AI-generated images are not print quality, so choose Upscale or rebuild, or Design help. Original full-resolution phone photos work when the resolution is high enough for the size (the order form checks it). See our artwork requirements.
Which material should I pick?
13 oz is the standard for most events and storefronts. Choose 18 oz for long-term use or double-sided printing, and mesh for wind or fence mounting.
Need a size that is not listed?
Choose Custom size in the order form, up to 200 sq ft. Bigger jobs go through a quick quote.
